Outsourcing social media: the debate
We were asked recently to write down our thoughts on why Arts organisations should not outsource their voice on Social Media platforms recently, for the Arts Marketing Association blog. The piece has just been published alongside an argument in favour of outsourcing by Sarah Morris from Sequence, another digital agency also from Cardiff.
